Kentuckians for Equal Public Access
(KEPA)
A Future of Possibilities for Recreation
KEPA is working to Preserve Recreational Riding for Current and Future Generations
Kentuckians.for Equal Public Access (KEPA)
is a grass roots movement to unite all those across our great Commonwealth into a common powerful force to save outdoor recreation in our state.

Our agenda is clear..................
KEPA believes that you the outdoor enthusiast has a right to enjoy your sport just like others have a right to enjoy theirs.  We believe the responsible use of public lands by those that enjoy motorized recreation in a managed fashion is a worthwhile use of public lands and will afford fairness to those that enjoy outdoor recreation.

We believe that the time has come for a new beginning for those that enjoy off-road recreation.
A beginning that represents an age of enlightment where we recognize that which unites us is stronger than that which devides us.
A beginning in which the denial of the existance of off-road motorized recreation rights  is replaced by embracing the truth that it is a viable sport that is not going to go away.

Membership in KEPA is free.  All you have to do is send an email to wkrafun@wkrafun.com (or click on the email link below) and ask to be added to the mailing list. You will then recieve occasional updates on ATV/bike related activities, rides, etc. that may be of interest.    Also we are doing this out of our own pockets so donations are appreciated.  Mail donations to
KEPA  P.O. Box 351 Beaver Dam, KY 42320.
Thanks for your support and together we can make a difference.
